I need to find out if theres a way to give different sections, different logos. I was opposed to characters in logo for the main one cause I don't want to cover one game more than others anymore.

Ah, true. Maybe a 'generic' gaming one, or something that incorporates a wide range of game characters?

First concept and not in vector yet, aswell as colour-scheme might be a bit off.
But is it something of interest?
This would also make a good 3D-model I think, if there's anyone who know how to make one of course.

wow thats awesome looking!!! it would look sick in 3d, i want to learn how to make that 3d. what program would ya recommend to make it in?

I guess 3DsMax 6.0 / 7.0 / 8.0 (the last is the newest I've heard).
However I haven't really tried anything else, that's the "best" program, there could
of course be simpler and more user-friendly programs out there to make the easier 3D-models.
The logo isn't really refined I've noticed the day after when I looked at it,
but the general idea of the logo seems good?
I'll re-touch the image sometime later to see if it can look a bit better.

P.S It is actually very messy making 3D-models, I tried some time ago.
Don't think it works like Photoshop, that's my warning to you

Its made in vector so I can resize it if necessary.

Without gloss plus "cable" With gloss minus "cable"


Also, colour can be changed of course, it doesn't need to be blue but perhaps white or whatever you would want.
And I think it could be useful to increase contrast... feedback would be nice ^^;

Do you want it more rounded or did it look better with sharp corners?

My own choice is the one to the right, removing the cable made it simpler as a logo imo.
And gloss is imo always teh sexy. However what size do you intend to even have this logo anyway? It's quite relevant if I need to make it look good at a smaller resolution.

I'm gonna keep both those logos u made on the side anyway, but basically i want to fit it into the top banner logo.. Ie. the psd i posted originally.. i would definitely take a smaller sized icon like that and use it for the favicon.ico as well.
